The Cabernet Merlot is a full bodied wine. Having spent 14 months on American Oak it opens with blackberry, currants and fruits of the forrest. The palate is of plum and blackcurrant with moderate tannins and great length.

Developed by traditional Methode Champenoise bottle fermentation, this Sparkling Zinfandel demonstrates vibrant lifted berry aromatics, such as strawberries and raspberries.

This wine has a big rich mid palate, a ripe style with hints of spice and touches of chocolate. The sweet fruit is like tasting a succulent berry in the vineyard, on the eve of harvest.
